Visited again this Monday, 5 mins in and out with the required letter. Tellers were helpful, good customer service. Please visit early in the morning to avoid long wait time.

(November 2, 2020, 8:23 pm)I can hear everybody's complains. I had to say that my mortgage was indeed approved by scotia. They did all they could to make sure I can buy the home of my dreams for my family. Sorry for you guys who did not have a good experience. I did experienced at some point poor customer service either lack of knowledge and professionalism either or both. Some times it was due to language skills or attitude in trainees sometimes. Supervisors were ok, most of the times.
