(February 25, 2013, 8:24 pm)As a new patient, and needing quick turnaround because I had learned I was being down-sized from my job and my benefits were ending in three weeks, I experienced the best customer care I've ever experienced from a dentist. I've had a number of Dentist's and my experiences were not always great, and sometimes poor.
The receptionist fit me and my daughter in in 2 weeks, and promised they would work with me for whatever we needed.
On the day of our appointments, with 4 business days remaining before my benefits ended, they made incredible efforts to accommodate cleanings and fillings. It was clear their schedule was full, since the waiting room was constantly full. My daughter needed three fillings and I needed some restoration work on some incomplete work from a previous dentist. The fit us in immediately.
Today, when they squeezed my daughter in for her fillings the waiting room was empty...I surmise it's because Dr. De Miglio and team gave up their lunch to fit us in. While working, another cavity was uncovered, and he filled it right then and there!
I have been greeted with understanding and empathy, and kindness from the entire staff, even though I know fitting us in caused additional work for everyone.
I still have one more appointment for me, and even though it will be painful, I am actually looking forward to going.
