and thorough. He quickly identified a serious problem and offered to either complete the inspection or to stop at that point while offering us a lower price for the partial inspection. He wrote a report explaining the problems found and followed up several times to see if we had any further questions. Fermin was very clear about the issues he discovered. He is also very nice and a pleasure to deal with. -
