If I have questions I phone them up and almost immediately I get a straight answer. The office is in downtown Kitchener on Roy Street and there is always plenty of parking on the street. This office is very careful to adhere to all Covid-19 cleanliness measures and I never worry about becoming infected here as they all strict about these protocols and procedures. The partner Margaret Anne Voll always seems to be in a good mood and checks in with me at every step of the process for clarity and transparency. Just fantastic!
