Never a problem I was only on hold for a couple minutes if that when I call. I've been with them for 3 years now issue free thanks for the great service
I read the reviews prior to going to D A Kurt but was convinced by a good friend that they are a great insurance broker.
Took the plunge and couldn't be happier. Their rates were over $450 cheaper than what TD offered me (2nd best rate I was able to find).
The process was hassle free and overall a laid back process from start to finish.
