Super efficient and honest.My father in-law was told by his previous mechanic he would need his brakes changed in 6 months. 6 months later we brought the car to Speedy and they tell us the pads are 70% and don't need to be done anytime soon. Will definitely be going back the next time major work needs to be done.
Side note: to the people below who gave 1 stars - how can you give 1 star when they didn't even get the opportunity to provide you service? You give them 1 star because they wouldn't let you borrow a tape measure or give you a quote over the phone? What a joke -

(March 8, 2019, 10:22 pm)I have tried a lot of shops in Kitchener. I have lived here my whole life. I have been buying and fixing cars for 40 years in the area. Two years ago I tried Speedy Auto Service for a quick snow tire change. They did that so well that I was impressed enough to go back. Next I tried them for brake work. I was going to do it myself but did not have time, so I thought they could do it. They found the problem immediately and fixed it at a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised again. Recently I dropped in, just passing by to set up an appointment for a heavy rattle on starting of the engine. They took me immediately, fixed the problem in 5 minutes and charged me nothing. I am going back with all my service needs. Jeff behind the counter is considerate and very helpful. Steve is an amazing mechanic that takes a great amount of pride in his work. Congratulations Speedy Auto for a great team.
