  Nice and comfortable rooms. Beds are good. Service was great. Dipti the receptionist was knowledgeable and professional. Overall good experience..

  I will keep this short and sweet. There was a ringette team staying there on the weekend. There were kids eating in the hallway. Pizza plates left on the ground. Kids running around. That's not the worst of it once the kids were in bed the parents were in the hallways drinking and making a bunch of noise. No respect for the other guests staying at the hotel. Hotel staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints. When I told them the parents were worse than the kids he informed me numerous guests had mentioned that. Place was clean food was good in the morning but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth

  The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast, WiFi and parking all included - was very satisfied with all of those. Only issue was the location, which overall wasn't bad just kind of awkward trying to get into with it being beside a highway ramp - not a real problem though!

  Great staff, super clean. Stayed here for 9 days. Free yummy hot breakfast with soo many different kinds of coffee machine, even a free mini supper at 6pm! Great wifi speeds! Loved my stay here (Kitchener) would give 6 out of 5 stars if i could. Loved it
