  Really enjoyed my experience at Bilalo. Felt very welcome and the atmosphere was so positive. Giuseppe did an amazing job; I’m excited for my next cut and all the ideas he has for my hair!

  The staff at Bilalo were very kind and accommodating! The salon is clean and newly updated. My stylist, Giuseppe, was incredible as usual. He is very talented and always professional, I trust him completely!

  I recently went to see my hair stylist Giuseppe at Bilalo Hair Artistry and Spa as he recently moved salons. Giuseppe has been doing my hair for the last 6 years and has never disappointed me. I have always given him creative freedom to do what he wants and thinks will look amazing. When I went to see Giuseppe recently he already had an idea about what he wanted to do and was super excited about it. If your someone who is unsure of what to do with your hair (like me) Giuseppe will figure out something amazing to do. He makes you feel comfortable, is always up for a new challenge, and he always does an outstanding job. On a side note Bilalo Hair Artistry and Spa is a very nice salon and everyone who works there is so kind and considerate. I recommend anyone go to Bilalo and see Giuseppe!

  I recently visited Bilalo for the first time as my stylist Giuseppe transition to this Salon and Spa. I was blown away the second I walked in, the interior and decor is absolutely gorgeous, it’s super bright, clean and modern. Secondly the staff were so friendly that I felt comfortable within 2 minutes of being there. Tiffany, instantly greeted me, took my jacket and then gave me a tour of the studio. She showed me around, got me a warm beverage (they have a great selection of coffee and drinks). Michael also came over and greeted me, just to say hello as I was waiting for Giuseppe to finish up what he was doing. For the main point of my review, Giuseppe, what an amazing stylist. He took so much time to listen to what I wanted, explained every step he was thinking to make sure I was on board and then put all his focus into making sure my hair turned out exactly like we had planned. And let me tell you, my hair turned out perfect, I have received so many comments on it and haven’t stopped admiring it all week! To mention, Eilish did the washing of my hair, and she does a fantastic job, I would also recommend asking for her if Giuseppe isn’t available! Overall I was very impressed with Bilalo, I would recommend Giuseppe and Bilalo to anyone in the KW (or further) area!

  After struggling to find a place that could do a decent haircut, a friend recommended Bilalo Hair Artistry. 10 years later and I've been 100% satisfied every single visit. Michael is the best in the business. He takes great pride in what he does. Michael & Bilalo make sure you're 100% satisfied every time. If you're looking for the best hair cut and a lesson in great customer service, give these guys a call!
