(December 2, 2017, 1:25 pm)Site superintendent Melanie for the 270 building is one of the best superintendents we’ve had. I have been living here for about 3 years and we have had a lot of turnover of having 4 different superintendents so far, but Melanie has been the best. Always easy to reach for questions, and always doing her best to keep the building clean and being friendly towards the tenants. The apartments are a great size and all updated for a reasonable price. Also having pet friendly buildings is awesome for us animal lovers!
