(January 28, 2021, 3:07 pm)Leanne was introduced to us through a mutual friend, and honestly we could have not imagined anyone else more perfect! Like seriously, when we say perfect, it really felt like all the stars were aligned!
Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision that didn’t feel right, especially in a market that was and still was and still is so “hot” and overly competitive.
It was with Leanne’s knowledge, professionalism and most importantly negotiating skills that gave us an advantage in this crazy market.
We sold our house in less than 5 days (for way over asking), found our dream house in 1 week and closed on both in just over a month. All to say that as stressful and fast paced all these transactions were Leanne offered a great sense of comfort during the process.
We listened to her advice, especially when it came to STAGING! This by far was the best decision. We needed to remove the personal aspect from our home and make it inviting for potential buyer. Staging allows them to envision your space as theirs and I am certain this is why our house sold fast and furious! We had a flurry of showings that ended in a bidding war!
Needless to say, we have already recommended Leanne to everyone we know and will continue to do so for years to come.
Leanne, thanks for everything you did, and continue to do for your clients. You have a heart of gold and truly care. It was an absolutely privilege to work with you. Until our paths cross again, my friend! -
