However, there’s room for improvement.
One the prices here are a bit high (especially the package prices), and two the appointment booking process needs to be a bit more organized. I have experienced (more than once) an issue with booking an appointment here. -

(February 2, 2020, 6:11 pm)Went for a massage and facial combo with my wife. Massage was good. As for the facial the esthetician showed up 30 minites late yet we were still billed the full amount. The services wasn't extended either to go late. When you are paying per hour you expect to get an hour, not 30 minutes.

(December 18, 2019, 2:26 pm)The spa has a friendly environment, however if you are going for a relaxing massage or facial forget it because its extremely loud! You can hear every person in there talking and laughing which makes it Impossible to relax. As for service I was happy.
