She was able to find me a new beater bar and was very knowledgeable, put it in last night and it works better then the original one did! I'll definitely be returning here for any future service or parts.

They went out of their way to find a small (inexpensive, but crucial) piece for my vacuum. Prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks again! Sincerely Ken A.
