I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nguyen. He has been my gastro for the past 6 years and during that time he has always been so caring and easy to speak openly about any issues. He always took the time to follow up and see how the medications i was taking were working and to discuss how the side effects were, as well as providing options if necessary. A couple years ago i was in the ER with an issue that after 8 hours they couldn't find and sent me home saying to come back if it gets worse (it was already the worst) Dr. Nguyen got me in for a test and found a cancer that was missed by the ER. He did this because he took the time to help when no one else would. I could over hear him talking to nurses and Dr's to get me into surgery and kept fighting on my behalf. I shudder to think what would have happened to me had Dr. Nguyen not been my advocate. I am forever indebted to him, if you are lucky enough to have him as your specialist count yourself blessed.
