(September 16, 2019, 3:04 pm)We signed up with NEWT Business VOIP services little more than a year ago, the service work flawlessly, we love the ability to dial extension to extension between our locations. The voicemail to email feature is amazing as well. At the time of signing up everything went smooth, all the tasks were handled by the dedicated project manager assigned to us from NEWT. Full user and admin training was provided and the PBX was setup according to our needs. The trainer which was assigned to us Phil was amazing and answered all the questions our users and admin had. The support staff is very helpful whenever we need tech support.

We use the conference bridge feature multiple times each week (no additional charges!) Find me follow me is great; your phone calls come to you no matter where you are. Highly recommend this system!!
