Michael, educated me on mortgage options and what was best for my needs and lifestyle. He paired me with a lender who offered a low rate with terms I needed. When my appraisal came in much lower than expected, he took the time to find his own comparable properties. The appraiser came back to us with a market value $50K higher than the original appraisal.
