  Mark has been excellent at dealing with my concern. Once I contacted him he was very sincere in his apology as he thought this work had already been completed by his contractor. He assured me he wanted to make everything right. Clearly he’s focused on ensuring his clients be it Directbuy or others are treated fairly. My wife was impressed with the care he took when he delivered the mattress and his sincerity when our door sill was scratched and a slight dent.
  
  Many companies out there talk about customer service and customer experience. I feel that the care and concerned mark expressed when he delivered the mattress and although this inconvenience took place it’s often how it’s resolved they can have an impact. I told Mark I was prepared to fix it myself and not to worry. But in his own accord he came to my home to look at it again with a cheque in hand payable to us. He went above and beyond. I’m going to recommend him and his business to anyone that I come across and I think he is a great partner of Directbuy.

  I have to thank Mark for going above and beyond on my delivery of a washer and drier set. Without him taking the extra steps that he did, I would have had an additional days work to get my appliances installed.

  We have been using them for over a year for our home deliveries & pick up location for direct buy and found them to be an outstanding company. Staff are always professional, friendly and very helpful. Staff always go above and beyond to help anyway necessary. Deliveries are always on time and service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
