The sales representative who helped me; Arlene provided exceptional customer service at an impressive professional level. She was very polite, extremely informative, and answered all of the questions I had asked. She was able to get me a plan that matched exactly what I was looking for with the cheapest price available. I had switched from TELUS over to FIDO, and Arlene made the process run smoothly wherein I had my new device and phone plan up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Arlene to anyone looking for a new phone plan both young and old as I was completely satisfied with her impeccable customer service!
