(August 20, 2019, 8:18 pm)Overall happy with my vehicle purchase from Sera Motors. John was nice to talk to and made the car buying and registration process easy. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased had some unforeseen issues after purchase (even though it was certified), for example, I discovered the tail lights weren't working and the washer fluid pump was broken, adding up to about an extra $375 repair bill. I had a second inspection from a third party mechanic pre-purchase, and they discovered that it needs about $200 worth of work on the suspension, which is fine. I anticipated things such as this popping up however, as it is a rebuilt vehicle and the price was very fair. I would've preferred to have a vehicle in total working order since it was certified, but I am happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great car!
