(March 7, 2020, 9:22 pm)staff here are very kind and efficient. , pharmacy is very nice and have my drink ready even before I arrive. Doctor is very fair and doesn't make you wait an hour like some other doctors do I never have to wait to see doctor more than a few min. .... he knows my name and gives me the time to talk about issue if I want, but wont keep me in room asking question if I am in a hurry or don't want to. I am real glad I switched here. I have been going down on my dose . the doctor in the other clinic wouldn't even want to lower my dose. ....

The staff are very professional and know what they are doing. the doctor and pharmacy are all always there and help you with all your needs . I am so glad I switched here.

I was using for a long time and then these people saved my life. I highly recommend.
I was at another clinic in Kitchener and the doctor there didn't care if you used or not, everyone got a pass. HEre the staff cared doing their job.
I am glad I switched here.
also very punctual and don't have to wait each time 45 minutes for the doctor.
Thanks to the staff and pharmacist.
