(March 5, 2019, 2:03 pm)4 stars based on the wait time and the tech who took my blood. She was nice, quick and very good at what she does. The older lady at the front counter was really nice but shortly after, another lady took over. She was very short with me and I heard her snappy with a couple of other people in the short time I was there. Aside from her, it was a great place to go.

(August 16, 2018, 3:18 pm)Very good customer service. We made an appointment for 11:00 and got in right on time. I also have a lot of anxiety with having my blood taken, and we are currently fostering a Dog Guide puppy in training which helps me calm down when having extreme anxiety. In order to make it so I could be touching Louie (the foster puppy) they let me use one of the rooms with a bed and let him lie down beside me which helped quite a bit. Definitely a better experience than it would have been without their quick thinking and empathy. Recommend 100%.
