With the Aligned approach I have rarely felt my afflictions such as sciatica, plantar fasciitis, or my shoulder and neck pain that had stayed with me from my early days. Helene is very skilled in massage therapy and in knowing some exercises I can do at home to relieve pain.
I would absolutely recommend Helene. Very professional and personable. You are in good hands with Helene, I say . So much so that both my husband and my teenage daughter go to her regularly. -
