(February 27, 2021, 6:16 pm)I have very mixed feelings about Furniture Junction. To start, the customer service just wasn't there. When you order something online that's over $1000 you want to be reassured of it's delivery. At no point was I emailed a delivery time and I had to personally call to arrange something myself - between 4 and 6pm. My couch also didn't show up at it's scheduled time, I had to call again to find out it was going to be delivered late (it didn't get here until 8:30pm and we live 5 minutes away from the store). The delivery drivers didn't bring the couch inside, it was a struggle to even convince them to bring it to the back door (I guess this is what you get for free delivery). That being said, the couch itself is quite nice and was easy to put together.
Will I order from Furniture Junction again? No. Customer service and clear communication is important to me when I'm spending decent amounts of money. Do I regret ordering the couch? No. Would I recommend them to a friend? No I would not. -

(December 6, 2020, 3:03 am)I would avoid getting furniture from this place.. we bought a L shaped couch.. which we were told had NO springs in the Cushions which is one of the reasons why we bought it... we've only had this couch a year and there are springs that we can now feel every time we sit on it and its super uncomfortable. This is so disappointing.. We really loved the couch when we got it.. now we won't to purchase a new one because its so uncomfortable.

Even during this pandemic we received our furniture in a timely manner and the employees who delivered our furniture were very professional and quick. Taljinder Singh is also great to deal with. A+++ highly recommend. 😀
