  some place qould love to go back there !nice staff lovely supervisors and staff !drive through is always busy bt they are so nice and polite with me not happy woth the very quick service though trying to rush the cuatomer at window thus making them leave the wondow faster which can make someone confuse !tim hortins should he little lenniant towards wondow time which would be nice to customers!!!

  This location is definitely busy but I never sit for too long. I'm mainly a drive thru customer and have had a few different employees serve me.
  Personally I know I will get exceptional service if Donovan is at the window. I recently asked what his name for this review, as I feel he has a great personality and I wanted to share my thoughts. Donovan welcomes me with his "Well...hello, how are you this morning?" greeting. Donovan takes his job seriously and I appreciate the daily smile. There are too many young workers in the service industry who absolutely hate their jobs and it shows in how they present themselves.
  
  My suggestion to them, look at everyone you meet and know not everyone is having a great day ... with only a few words you can brighten it... don't be surprised when you see a smile once in a while. Don't get me wrong i know all too well, reading all these reviews that customers can be ignorant and in my opinion ... childish adults who obviously have perfect lives and never get questioned by customers or their boss .. yes that was sarcasm.
  
  My point is, I appreciate it when I know I have a hard day ahead and someone takes the few seconds to hand me my coffee and say "Have a great day, I look forward to seeing you tomorrow"
  Good Job Donovan, I hope others will follow your lead.
