I have known her for several years and was excited to hear that she was getting into nutrition coaching. She has such a positive outlook that I always feel better after checking in with her - even if I've had a tough week. I've had my ups and down with my weight loss journey; Joanne is very perceptive, reading between the lines when I share my thoughts on my progress and always provides just the right advice and guidance to set me up for success each week. (June 2, 2021, 2:10 pm)I’ve been trying to gain weight my whole life, and nothing ever seemed to help. It was so hard to eat more calories than I was burning. Thanks to Reshape Nutrition I’m able to track my calories everyday and still eat whatever I want. Joanne is an amazing coach and I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to lose, maintain or gain weight!!

I love that she is teaching me a sustainable way to get healthy that involves my mental health and overall well-being too. It isn't just about the number on the scale, but feeling good as well! In just 4 months, I've lost 30 pounds and gained my confidence back. She always goes the extra mile to ensure my success. I love working with Joanne!!
