Very friendly place. Christina did my eyelash. I had never had them done before. She was very gentle took her time. She didn't rush me in and out. She is a pleasant and professional. Thank you for making my visit a good one

Staff always courteous. That being said last week I booked for 11:30 when I got there there were several people waiting. One person working not sure what happened if it was overbooked all I know is I waited patiently for half an hour past my time. Another person who also was booked left saying “isn’t this why we make appointments”. I finally got in and once finished booked for this week. I got up to make sure I make it on time due to snow event last night and I drive from out side of Cambridge. I was told I could not tan at my appointment time because it wasn’t 24 hrs since my last. That’s fine rules are in place for health reasons but I didn’t know this plus as I stated to the employee “why did the person book me knowing it wasn’t 24 hrs but 22hrs since my last. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed and drove home. Not sure if it’s not proper training or lack of staff so they are rushed and make these mistakes all I know is I wasted my time driving into town and gas.
