  I describe Gary as one third real estate agent, one third home inspector, and one third dad. He went above and beyond to get my partner and I through the ups and downs of buying our first home. Gary took the time to walk us through the things to look out for when buying a home, considerations for resale value down the line as we viewed houses, and never rushed us to make decisions despite the market moving VERY fast. We could not be happier with the service that we received, and the home that we purchased!

  Highly recommend Gary and Debbie! I couldn't ask for better service - as a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and Gary was incredibly patient, honest and informative. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Wendy and Bruce Carmichael. We have had the good fortune of meeting and working with Gary and Debbie over the past several months to purchase a home in Cambridge. Our time was mostly spent with Gary who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the seeking and purchasing of a sound and comfortable home. We have the highest regards for him. He worked tirelessly on our behalf, answered our many phone calls and researched potential problems and pitfalls as they presented themselves with homes that we viewed. We were treated respectfully and at no time did we feel we inconvenienced either he or Debbie. Gary and Debbie's practice is to respect the purchaser's decision although they are extremely ethical and strive to help one avoid making a mistake in the final decision making. We highly recommend them as real estate agents. We have purchased many homes over our 35 years of marriage and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. In our lifetime we have never met real estate agents that have been so very forthright and seek to ensure the purchasers are totally satisfied while minimizing the risk of one making a bad decision. We thank them and wish them continued success in their business.
