Synergy healing has helped me overcome some seriously anger that I have unknowingly suppressed for many years as well as deep rooted insecurities that have resurfaced leading up to my sessions.
We tend to store trauma in our bodies and do not deal with them until they bubbles up to the surface unexpectedly.
I appreciate how gentle and encouraging Sarah was while I was in the most vulnerable of states I have ever experienced.
Doing kambo is a big step in transformation and having the right practitioner to apply this medicine makes for the most beautiful experience.
