You have to accept cars and car maintenance are not cheap, and these guys do a great job for a reasonable price.
Derek and Nate at the front counter are always helpful and willing to do what they can to help, they have gone out of their way to help me in the past and it is fully appreciated.
Importantly I have never been unnecessarily up-sold on anything, they have always explained the situation as it is and, if something doesn't need to be fixed/dealt with immediately, they haven't tried to force me to get anything done just so they could get the sale.
Would 100% recommend these guys. -

I will never forget the time you came and picked me up when my car broke down on Hespeler road in the cold rain just before closing and took me to the shop and gave me a loaner car. A big thank you to Derek who was helping out in Waterloo the day I came in. I was told what the problem was and then asked if the tire might still have a warranty. They even helped me make the call to the dealer. That kind of honesty is so appreciated and will be remembered. -
