The park is absolutely gorgeous, we booked an interior site and rented canoes to paddle to the site with our gear to set up camp. We paddled back to use the trails the next day, which were superb and well maintained, then back to the site for dinner. Support your provincial parks! This is a beautiful park for camping or daytrips, with a great staff and facilities, I would recommend anyone to check out Grundy Lake!

I absolutely love it here. Kayaking was blissful. I followed a blue heron along one of the shorelines giving me lots of photo opportunities. So many lakes to choose from. A variety of easy hiking trails to choose from with many viewpoints for all interests. I met so many interesting people.

Beautiful well maintained park! Large sandy sites with nice privacy between them. They have a separate dog area with beach. Perfect for the pooches. Lots of beautiful trails meandering around the lakes. We had a wonderful few days. The staff was very friendly and kept a very close eye on things. It was nice to see them patrol frequently and know they were nearby if you needed anything.

Just back from staying in the one cabin at the park. The cabin was great. It was spacious, super clean and had a nice screened in porch.

It's next to the main beach and has a microwave, bbq, mini fridge and power.

Cameron the warden was very nice and helpful.

Rock jumping was awesome with many different heights.

Saw bears at the dump at night. Two cubs and a momma bear.

Grundy is a beautiful park with plenty of things to do. Bring bikes or a canoe, it will help you move through out the park without taking your vehicle as parking in different area's is very limited. The sites are a decent size and very clean. Make sure you bring everything in sealed containers as bears are active and will follow any scents they can to your site. We locked all our food soaps cleaning products and deodorants in are truck to be safe.
Bring plenty of bug spray and anything else you can think of as the deer flies and mosquitoes are brutal. Probably the worst of any park I've been to to date. While swimming the horses flies are intense and will take a chunk out of you.
We enjoyed the rock jumping the slippery rocks and the breath taking sunsets aswell as the trail we hiked.
Cell service was not an issue anywhere in the park.
