Literally THE coach/personal trainer to go to. If you are looking to improve your health, physique, strength, overall wellbeing, etc. in regards to fitness, you need to contact her. The day I started with Mary, she took my measurements and created a plan that predicted results I was looking for. Not only did I reach my fitness goals in time, but I've also exceeded the expectations that were originally set (body fat %, muscle mass, etc)
She took care of me in all aspects: worked with my schedule, created meal plans with respect to my insanely strict dietary preferences, and pushed me to my limits at every session. She is a well of knowledgeable of her craft and adjusts/caters to your fitness preferences. On top of that, she is a super vibrant and positive human being who gives you so much energy to just keep pushing for your goals.
