I can’t recommend Tornado plumbing enough. Sergei and his team are literally the best. Sergei always provides the best recommendations and gives you his honest opinion. He doesn’t over sell and gives you the best advice. I had to have my main valve change which was something we had discussed a while ago from another service I had hired him for. The shut off valve was old and had lead component. I knew from past experience that anytime I needed to turn it on or off, it would start leaking. There was also a lead pipe leading underground. I made the decision to change all the lead pipe as opposed to just changing the shut off valve because it would eventually need to be changed regardless. Sergei dug from the front of my house to the water valve in my basement with minimal interruptions to my tenants, and minimal mess. This speaks to his attention to detail. We had a clogged toilet that was giving us problems for several days. Decided to look for a plumbing service provider in the city and chose Tornado based on customer feedback. I can verify these guys are great! Very helpful in showing me possible problem causes, gave me tips and was quick to remove the blockage in our toilet. Their prices are reasonable too! Called Sergiy at Tornado Plumbing and Draining because of a clogged toilet due to a small plastic container that was flushed down the drain by mistake. Sergiy resolved the issue, unclogged the drain, did the camera inspection and installed a clean out on the main drain for future maintenance. This is not the first time that we used his services, Sergiy and his team are skilled and experienced plumbers who are clean and mindful of their environment. We were very happy with their work, their work is reasonable priced and we would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Had a clogged bathroom sink and called Tornado Plumbing on saturday afternoon. Sergiy came and he was very polite and professional. Eventhough we called just for the sink,he checked the valves and the faucet and suggested to replace them not to cause any leak . Very pleased with the service and the price.
