Laurine is an amazing Trainer. I signed on in November 2018 and have already started seeing results. Laurine is sooo knowledgeable and has such a fun personality. Laurine is a fantastic and motivating trainer! I have been working with Laurine since February and even though I was in relatively good shape, she provided me a program and eating plan that really helped me towards my goal of becoming stronger and healthier. Laurine is an excellent trainer. Even though I got to work with her for only three months, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her.
Having never had a personal trainer before I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, Laurine with both professional, fun and ensure I was comfortable with everything we did, and she was always motivating me and supporting me. My training sessions quickly became one of the highlights of my week, and I would always look forward to them.
In terms of my results, in the short period of time that we had together Laurine helped me reach my goals for losing weight and body fat. More importantly she helped me achieve this in the way that was safe and healthy for my body. We talked about plans to change my diet and how it's a combination of both exercise and diet that will help you get results. My workouts with her were always safe, and she would make sure to change the workouts up, so I never got bored.
In addition to the workouts Laurine always makes sure I had "homework" giving me customize workout plans and that I could do on m own at the gym. As well she would alway answer when I texted her in a timely fashion to reschedule regarding rescheduling a workout, ask for advice, or give me healthy recipes to try!
Bottom Line: Laurine was an excellent trainer I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and would recommend her to anyone who wants to lose weight, get in shape or live a healthy lifestyle!
