It was just what I was looking for: when I wanted to be left alone to browse and think, I had plenty of space, and when I had questions, I could always get answers. Rick was also very quick to return phone calls and to give advice. The tiles we bought were high quality and very reasonably priced, and we also liked the installer that Rick recommended - I would use Cercan again without hesitation.

Their selections are timeless and current at the same time and the sales staff are knowledgable, helpful and design savvy.
