  Good selection of tubs, faucets, toilets and other bathroom items at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. We were assisted by several employees, but Shweta in particular was outstanding. She guided us through the many options and was patient with our indecisiveness. Would not hesitate to go here again.

  The staff were professional and courteous. They helped me compare showers that would fit my space and budget. Later when I needed to exchange a damaged base, Erna was quick and responsive. She solved my problem in the same day! I would highly recommend Erna and the Bath Depot Stockyards.

  Jacob is excellent! Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful! We returned our Rona vanity for aa Bat Depot vanity because they had a much better selection. Quality of their products is ++ and prices are reasonable.

  My husband and I had a situation that could have turned out bad but had a fantastic ending due to the above and beyond customer service we received from Jake. Our tub arrived damaged and when we explained to Jake that it was critical that due to our renovation deadlines that we have a replacement as soon as possible, not only did Jake find us an option - he gave us a choice from two and then delivered the tub to us, personally, the next day. I should also mention that we live in the Blue Mountains. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Jake's professionalism and customer service abilities. How he dealt with the situation is exactly how a customer would hope a store manager would! Thanks, Jake!
