Came to see her because of my weigh problem due to medical condition. She developed weigh loss program and within few months I started dropping those un wanted extras off and I feel wonderful.
She's a great listener and works with you, check her out and you will see for yourself. -

(March 24, 2020, 8:21 pm)Ara is the best nutritionist and coach in Toronto. I am so happy that our paths came across, and I met her. She is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. She has helped me to lose weight, to learn the cause problems and maintain my dream weight through healthy eating. Not only she educated me on a healthy diet but also set up a custom meal plan including supplements, herbal teas, smoothie and other meal recipes.
Today, when we are in the period of quarantine, Ara provided a follow up online session, which went amazing and very helpful in terms of staying healthy and on track. I am very grateful for her services and highly recommend her if you are looking for a real professional in nutrition and healing! -

(January 26, 2020, 7:10 pm)Ara has been a dream nutritionist to work with. She has helped me and my Dad with meal plans and advise on what to eat especially because we are both gluten intolerant. She is like a doctor of nutrition. Everything she recommends is way better and more informed than a google search or things that you can easily find on the internet because she personalizes it. She did a face time session with me and my dad, and listens to what is bothering you and what you currently are eating. No search engine is equipped to do that. Keep up the great work Ara, you have really change my and my Dad's life for the better.

She helped me in showing me alternative foods and meal plans for a more healthy lifestyle and eating habits with my fatty liver condition, I am now feeling much better and have lost almost 20lbs would give 7 stars if I can!
