This vet clinic is absolutely amazing. I called this morning regarding my guinea pig. The secretaries were so friendly and very patient. They took the time to listen. I received a video consult with Dr Izzy he is amazing. He took his time and explained everything clearly. He did not rush and listened and calmed my anxiety as I was so worried. Thank you for easing my worries and be there for us.

This is a clinic run by Women & fantastic Women at that! I have dealt with Cassandra & Juliana (reception) Matt (tech) and Dr Regan & Dr Co. Every single one of these women & Man :) has made me feel at ease.. and they have answered ALL my questions & never made me feel like I am being a bother. (and I have a lot of questions lol)

I have dealt with many Vets in my time.. (I have owned horses and almost everything in between lol) right down to what brought me here, my beloved Chameleon.
High Park is one of three "Reptile" vets within Toronto, and having to seek emergency care during a Pandemic is absolutely telling of what you can expect from a vet during normal times. They have been prompt, fair & absolutely comprehensive in their care. Unlike another clinic I reached out to during an emergent situation who really didn't care.

I am definitely considering using this Clinic for my Cat & Dog based on this recent experience.

Would like to thank Dr K. Regan and your staff for taking care of my budgie. Charlie my female budgie was sick, loosing weight and all puffed up!! She was down to 26 grams. Dr K and her staff were very professional and caring. Dr K started a treatment plan and within a couple of days Charlie was feeling better and started to put weight back on! She is now back to herself and at her normal weight of 32 grams. Thanks again for saving her!

They were very good to fit in my Sugar Glider, Maple. We were late because of traffic and they were very understanding. All staff were nice and welcoming. It was Maple's first time in the vet and she was comfortable during her physical exam.
