I have been going to Woburn Medical Clinic since I was 5 years old. It was once a flourishing practice for many years, but with aging Doctors retiring left, right and center, poor management who neglect, yell and abuse their employees, overworked and underpaid staff, this place has really been tested and still standing. I believe it has been taken over by new management with newer, younger Doctors being brought in. Farah in particular has been a veteran employee who has been working hard for over two decades. She's a beautiful, tough cookie who gets a lot of slack when she deals with abuse and threats on a daily basis. Patients need to consider the huge transitions this place is undergoing, and if you're not willing to be 'patient' and flexible with their booking schedule and wait times then find another clinic. I personally have always had a pleasant experience.
I've been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. They are always so kind to me, even cracking jokes. The wait time is very long sometimes, but I think it is because it is always busy there. I came by recently and it looks like a lot is changing.
