Doesn't matter if you're looking for a studio apartment, or the house of your dreams they make all their clients feel just as important and made the experience so simple and easy. (February 4, 2021, 8:10 am)My family was camped out in front of a house listing, drooling over the place, when Carl cycled up to our car window. He said he was a realtor and offered to help us. We don't normally solicit services from roving cyclists, but this just felt right. Two weeks later, the house was ours.
Carl helped us navigate the Toronto market with sound advice and a human touch. He was responsive and dedicated, and it never felt like he was too busy for us (though he surely was at times.)
An unexpected value-add was Carl's ability to provide sound, local recommendations for support services: lawyer, home inspection, electrician. All were honest, reliable and priced right. -

Could message him anytime of the day and would get a response right away. Once we found our place he was very quick with getting us everything we need to finalize our lease and was even to get us in early. Made the whole process super easy and definitely only gonna use Tre if ever looking for a place again!!!

He is personable, professional, and timely, which lead me to direct two other family members to use his services as well and they had the same excellent experience as I did! I will continue to use him as my Real estate agent for years to come and I highly recommend using his services.
