Recently switched from Virgin to Koodo. These guys are Amazing. They Made my Bill Almost half price and Also Gave me a phone at a Discounted price. will Recommend this Store. Keep it up!

Great staff, very friendly

After trying to order a new cell phone online with Koodo. I went to Cedarbrae Msll store location. It was at the very end of the mall and though all the stores in the mall were closed, it was miraculously still open!

Farzan was the only person working behind the counter. He was instantly welcoming.
He matched the amazing Black Friday deal I had tried to get online. He was able to get me the same phone I wanted.

He stayed with me later than closing. Dealt with several technical issues by calling support and was always incredibly polite and engaging with me and the person on the phone.

At the end of our time together he could have sold me anything 😊But tried to save me money instead.

The thing that he did which was truly more than I expected was...
He gave me his personal cell number in case I had any problems at all!

I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time and truly wanted to share this story for anyone who needs a phone plan and /or phone. Thanks Farzan, it was truly appreciated.

I sat on my phone and cracked my screen!
I called Koodo at the location of Cedarbrae Mall at 8:30pm.
At 8:45 pm. just before closing Hardik started putting my package together!
$50 + $15 p30 lite nice phone! From my previous provider to Koodo.
I have all the same features and a better phone for less than I was paying with my
previous provider.
Thank you Hardik for staying much later than store hours and be dedicated to your customers!

I found Brinston a good rep. Very friendly and kind to all the customers. I definitely think he should be promoted. I never met anyone as helpful as him. Good customer service.
I switched this Sept from Rogers. Wished i had switched sooner. Will be recommending Koodo to all my friends.
