He was sincere, strategic, and when it was time to put an offer in, he aggressively negotiated to get us a property well under list price, which is quite a feat in downtown toronto! Super accommodating, and willing to come out for viewings no matter if there’s a snowstorm or if it’s his wife’s babyshower. ;p love to work with him again on our next investment adventure! I personally liked the aggressive sales approach when finding suitable buyers. Most of all I liked the customer service that Team Khurana offers. They always follow-up and keep me in the loop at every stage, while answering all my questions when I needed them.
