(January 13, 2020, 1:11 am)Best bank in Canada for sure. Best branch ever in particular! Shortest waiting time, wide array of services and products, knowledgeable and experienced employees.
Last time at the branch while waiting for my appointment (i arrived 5 minutes earlier) 6 different managers came up to me and asked if I was being helped!
Nati has been my manager for 3 years, most professional and caring!! She went out of her way to advise on the best options for each product, keeps in touch and is just a pleasure to work with! I have found my bank, my branch and my manager, and so thankful to Nati for that. It is all about the people, biggest asset of any company!!! My experience with her has led me to stay loyal and discover that it truly is the bank I was looking for! -

My English is not so good yet to understand everything about my banking business account, but here working Nati, she is speak Russian and I’m really comfortable to ask her about my business account in TD. (June 9, 2019, 4:06 pm)Once in awhile I still get a cheque and need to deposit it at a local bank machine so I decided to drop into a new TD Canada Trust branch just south of Hwy 401 at on Victoria Park Ave at Ellesmere Rd.
This is a real nice corner branch even though it doesn’t have a drive thru banking service. There’s a sitting area in front of the main entrance, parking for bicycles, and plenty of spaces for vehicle parking.
Four Green Machines inside the branch can be accessed 24-7.
For whatever reason, I was unable to deposit the cheque because the Green Machine kept rejecting the cheque scan/recognition.
Plan B was to line up and make a Customer Representative counter transaction. This experience was very quick, efficient, friendly and courteous. Excellent!
The decor was very pleasing and modern.
