Dealt with Lucas, highly professional and knowledgeable young man, a quick rough quote was given by text, followed by in-house measurement done by Allan who showed the same level of friendliness and professionalism.. price and details confirmed with Lucas at the office and installation date was set. They arrived on exact date and executed a clean and professional installation, the quality of wood shutters is premium and exceeded my expectations. Everything was straight forward and thoroughly explained by Lucas and his team/colleagues from start to finish.

Perfect service experience! They scheduled in-door measuring 1 day after I called for getting quote, and fit my working scheduled perfectly. They brought their own foor cover and finished measurement so quick. After shutter setted up, it's even better than what I was imagined. And the quality is same as the sample they showed to me! Highly recommed this company if you want good service experience, good price and good quality at the same time!

Everything was well organized. The price was fair and the install went well. There was one minor issue on one shutter. As soon as I reported it is was replaced the next day no questions asks. I recommend sunny shutters and will be using them again once we add more shutters to our home.

Excellent professional services. Ordered during pandemic and installed during pandemic. On time. Thorough communications. They thoughtfully used shoes covers while in my house. I am very satisfied! I will do more windows in the downstairs in the future.
