For the past couple of visits, I’ve been helped by David who works in the Shoe department and I’ve always been impressed. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable and you can definitely tell his passion for the athletics. I bought a pair of the Under Armour Hovr because of his input and I couldn’t be happier about the shoes. Thanks for the great customer service David and the recommendations you gave me!
The store also seems to be more organized and cleaner. The large white and red section signs make the store easier to browse in. -

He also helped my choose a new Snowboard with Bindings which he then setup for me to fit my height and boot size.i can't wait to test it out on the weekend. You're amazing. Thanks.

(February 3, 2019, 7:31 pm)Some times the register lines don’t move, certain female staff don’t know anything about snow gear waxing cards. The male manager at snow gear station was good though. But the best employee is Andrew the technician at snow section. He’s good at what he does and has excellent customer service and altitude. It would be 3 stars but he made it to 4. But it shows you even he can’t carry a few noobs at the store to make it 5 stars.

(December 16, 2018, 3:07 am)Just over a week before Christmas I brought in a bike that I purchased online from Sportchek to be assembled at the Eglinton location. I fully expected that this close to Christmas that I would have to leave the bike and return another day for pick-up. I arrived an hour before the store was closing and the store tech offered to assemble the bike on the spot. He worked diligently to finish the bike before closing. I ended up checking out with the bike just after the store closed but check out staff managed to be courteous and did not rush me out the door. Thank you for a positive shopping experience and for saving me a second trip to the sore.
