After speaking to the front manager Anita she was able to fix the problem and work it out with their production studio. She was polite and followed up with me quickly

It's nice to be able to look & try on rings without having to ask someone & be watched like a criminal. Staff are welcoming & friendly.

If you want to look on your own they will give you your space. We never felt pressured on style or diamond clarity and color. My wife loves that we can go back at any time as often as we want for right g cleaning. Highly recommend this place.

We went in just to find out what style of ring I would like and ended up finding the one! He never once was pushy or tried to get us to spend more money. We were given a lot of information about Spence and about diamonds. It was a very memorable experience for us! I am so happy I found the ring for me!
