Scp owner very respectful great guy to have conversation with .,But management in work area . Not ready or run or manage work. Unfortunately effecting the business.
These guys can be hard to pin down, because they are busy. They are busy because they are good. They have cracked more tricky nuts for me than I can count. And they do it without turning my house (life) inside out. They've given us nothing but practical solutions and quality work for about a decade.
We had them do our Kitek replacement and it was fantastic. In and out within 48 hours. The guys came early to setup, waited outside patiently while we finished breakfast, and then got to work literally the second we walked out the door.
We did some shopping around and ended up saving about 25 - 30% compared to our original vendor, which was nice.
