Either didn't fit well, didn't bite well, or downright uncomfortable. My dentures from Smiley Wishes are the best I have ever had. Fit, bite, function...all perfect as perfect can be. In fact, they were so comfortable and felt so much like natural teeth that I forgot they were in my mouth and went to sleep with them my first night. Carmen the technician was exceptionally gifted with her hands and seem to have the magic touch in ensuring that every step was carried out with complete perfection. She scrutinize every detail and wasn't happy until she was satisfied with every little detail. A real obsessive perfectionist. But I ended up with the best dentures I've ever had. Thanks Carmen!

(August 11, 2019, 3:09 pm)I brought an elderly parent to this clinic after getting him a brand new set of upper and lower dentures from another denturist in Scarborough which didn't work that well. The owner of this clinic Carmen done an absolutely amazing job fixing the existing defects in the denture and making it 100% functional. She got it right the very first time and no return visits were even needed for adjustments (with the previous denturist, I had to bring my parent back twice, and it still wasn't 100%). Carmen also communicates well with seniors and has a way of coaxing them to bite and turn in order to properly test and fit the dentures to get the perfect fit. I just hope she is still around when I get old and require dentures myself, because I don't trust anyone else based on my folk's experience with less-than-perfect denturists.
