Shifu Yan Chong is a great kungfu master, with years of experience who teaches authentic Shaolin Kung-fu, a one of a kind experience. People say he is very stict. I am experienced to even stricter training, so Shifu is pretty ok and cool. For health, wellness, & all around fitness internally & externally, thank you Shifu for all that you are teaching us! You're the best!
