They push you hard and kick your butt but are also really friendly and easy going. If you're looking for a place to get in shape and learn some serious Muay Thai then look no further!

(April 18, 2018, 4:24 pm)Been going to this gym for a few months now and my experience has absolutely amazing. The staff and lead trainers are very welcoming and motivating. At first I was a little nervous joining because I haven't join a fight gym before but after the first class, it surpassed my expectations. I was also impress on how clean and spacious the facility was. I highly recommend joining this gym for the classes and if you are looking to great alternative to lose weight and get back into shape! Also the kettle bell classes are GREAT! WOOO!
