Recently i had a family emergency, needed to book the tickets to India Contacted Remy at 12 am, he was very helpful, stayed through night working on getting our tickets booked. This is a situation where it is so hard to find any agency working at this hour. Just a phone call, Remy was there to help us reach on time. I would definitely recommend Rollback Travel to friends and family members. They are very reliable and dependable.
Sent kids first time alone, got personal support and he followed up status of kids till they returned from back home. Would recommend since no one cares once you book tickets, but he was there till the end.
