(August 15, 2020, 4:00 pm)This gym is first class!! There’s so much equipment you never have to wait and the gym is big enough that social distancing is not a problem. Mike and his staff are sincerely interested in their members’ health, their well being and their safety. I am a so glad they are part of my neighbourhood!

It is always so clean, such an amazing facility with very friendly and helpful staff.
Michael has been phenomenal to train with.
He has helped me achieve my goals and has been a great support to me on my journey.
I highly recommend this gym and personal training sessions here you will not be disappointed.
The level of attention to detail, maintenance and cleanliness management provides here you won’t find in any other gym. It also has very convenient parking and is affordable . 10/10 -

Masks are mandatory, and plenty of room for social distancing. Mike is a great manager and trainer. So glad they've managed to reopen amid these very trying times.

I highly recommend Resistance if you are looking for a very clean and organized gyms especially during this Covid out break! No doubt best gym I’ve been to.
